I 'really' do enjoy paper piecing. but I didn't when I first tried it several years ago. but after watching some youtube videos and retrying it recently, I 'got it' and now love the technique. I agree with other posters - don't think you're attempting a beginner's block. try a simpler block - the sqaure in a square or the pieced heart. they shouldn't be as frustrating. but do keep trying - paper piecing is fun. and those points!
