I have Vol 3 and I love it so far. I want to get the quilt pro software so I can save my blocks to it and add the backgrounds. You can print templates or foudation. I use the foudation for mine and I just finished an 8 point compass last night and I'm getting ready to print out a 12 point one to do. It does use a lot of paper but is fast with the printing. At least you can make them any size you want to. I've had no trouble with it so far. You can even print out the compass block and this way you'll know where to put the colors you want.
