I know that they have separate sites for the US and Europe. I've never had a problem, I'd give them a call Monday. I've been dealing with them for about 20 years and they are pretty responsive. I've had issues with other sites trying to get a 'web only' special. When I called, they have either honored the price over the phone or got me thru the issue on line.
