In response to Shadow Dancer and your cat who ate the sewing threat, I am so sorry for the loss of your beloved pet. Before we got this set of kittens I did a lot of reading and read that this is a danger. You know, you see the cute pictures of a kitten with a ball of yarn, and it could be very dangerous if they're not watched very carefully. But I appreciate all the suggestions. I AM going so sew and quilt again, starting very soon. It is so therapeutic and a great stress reliever.
