Now, if they would only realize that it is only cost-effective if they sell enough fabric. In order to do this, there MUST be an associate to measure and cut that fabric at ALL times, not when and if they can hear the tiny bell ringing when they are half way across the store stocking some party goods or other craft supplies, which are all in the same dept., but not nexessarily in the same vicinity of the store.
