Yes, Judy Neimeyer...Japanese Fans. It won Judge's Choice at the Crook County Fair in Prineville Oregon a couple of years ago. It was so much fun to make. Can't wait to get my sewing room reorganized to make another Judy Neimeyer quilt. Have you ever met Judy?
