If they send you a kit for the Downy quilt, NJ Quilter is correct. However, I don't have an embroidery machine, and every one of the 4 different marking pens I bought "bleeds" when I use it on the Downy label, and besides, my writing/printing is awful. So, I stitch the label on the quilt and enclose a note asking them to write on it.
If they send you a "Quilts for Kids" label (not a Downy label), I just attach it to the quilt the way it is. I don't worry about my name. I guess they'll put my name on it if they want to.
