Agree with mild excersize. There are varying degrees of this odd "disease/syndrom" .. I hated it when a "friend" said, I just excersize" OK, did you really get a good diagnosis?
But, get moving is important. don't give into this .. it will take you down ! Agree with kit'smamma on this.
