The heat zaps me. I get hot/overheated and it can take hours for me to get back to normal.
Lately (I'm sure it's wrong!) I've been enjoying a beer before bed - it helps me sleep better, and it's getting me through painting/moving my classroom.
I'm sure without that sleep I'd be a zombie. We're going on day four of the big move and I'm okay. Still going to the gym everyday but the past four days I haven't tried as hard.
Hopefully today is the last big day. Then I can go in on my own and work at a slower pace organizing and sorting. =D
