Our daughter's fiance' was killed riding a motorcycle on his way to work in 1989. He was driving to work thru downtown and a parked driver pulled out of a space and cut him off. Witnesses said he wasn't going more than 25 mph. He always wore a helmet but his body was crushed under an oncoming car. My DH has a theory: there are two type of riders - those who have had accidents and those who will. There's no protection when you're the victim of an unthinking driver. Dave was a 21 yr old USAF Airman.
Please wear the helmet.....we wear the seatbelts because someone loves us, not because it's the law.
