Ah, so cute! And we too have eaten snaping turtle. My sister has made soup and stews with snapping turtles caught at my dads. Always kill them because they will eat the legs off of ducks on pond, who then die. It's a terrible part of nature.

Not to mention the little fish, the little toads that are everywhere right now. Last night in the garden I saw some toads that were about as big as a pennyl...thought it was a bug at first. Must have been 30 just around the green beans.
