I am blessed by the people who are on this quilting board. I don't 'need' anything, I have a few 'wants', but everytime I get on here I see Quilter's trying to help other people.
We have #1piecemaker trying to find old feed sacks to finish a quilt started by someone else 50+ years ago and at the same time taking care of an ailing family member.
We have craftybear who knows the link for anything, and just in case she's not right, she'll find a couple more, just in case. :-)
We have people like owlvamp, Tink's Mom, jaciqltznok, Karen, fred singer, who give to others through the free offers and donations and make us have fun doing it.
There are people everyday who come out of 'hiding'. Or the lurkers who will finally let us know they are there and share with us what they have been doing.
The best form of gratitude is imitation.
All the pictures put up by members give us all inspiration. I know I have times when I just can't get into it. Sometimes it will last for weeks. It's those times that I spend on here. Then I see something that others do and I must quilt!
So thank you everyone for your tidbits, your funny's, your pictures, your questions and your compassion. I feel like your my family.
