I entered a quilt in the county fair again this year and I (again) won 1st Place in the large quilt category, Best of Division, Machine Quilted, and Best of Show. I was very seriously shocked. :shock:
I wasn't able to go to the fair because of scheduling problems so when I went yesterday to pick up the quilt I was very happy to see the Best of Division ribbon on it. I took the quilt up to the table to sign out and the woman said, "Did you get your best of show ribbon?" I said, "Huh?" She said, "You won best of show too." Could have knocked me over with a feather.
The pattern is called No Diamonds In The Sky.
I think I should stop entering in the county fair. I've won best of show the last two years so need to step aside.
