You certainly may use it. When I read the book Sweet Poisening I couldn't believe all of the side affects it has in it. From little kids having to be put into coma states to stop the siezures because at first they couldn't figure out what was wrong to airline piolets who lost thier license; they even have a 1-800 # for this. I just know that since I went off of all aspartame it has made such a difference. Arthritis and Ankalosis Spondlytis (not spelled right but it is a rare form of arthritis) runs in my family yet I tested negative for everything they tested me for except regular arthritis. thank goodness I have a really good boss because after one of these bouts it would take me a good two weeks to be able to return to full time at work. Even alot of meds have it in it; flavored alka-seltzer and I think it's benifiber; just read everything you can. I have a fatty liver due to rapid weight loss so I try not to take meds since they all go thru your liver so I'm doing whatever I can to keep on going for as long as possible. If you get a chance to pick up this book and read it you'd be surprised to the health risk in using it. The only sweetner I use is either sugar, stevia, Splenda; all of these don't have it in them; equal and most of the other artificial sweeteners do. Good luck on your venture and thank you for suggestions; I listen to all since I don't know it all. If I didn't I wouldn't be doing so well today.
