I just know that since I went off of all aspartame it has made such a difference. Arthritis and Ankalosis Spondlytis (not spelled right but it is a rare form of arthritis) runs in my family yet I tested negative for everything they tested me for except regular arthritis. thank goodness I have a really good boss because after one of these bouts it would take me a good two weeks to be able to return to full time at work. Even alot of meds have it in it; flavored alka-seltzer and I think it's benifiber; just read everything you can. I have a fatty liver due to rapid weight loss so I try not to take meds since they all go thru your liver so I'm doing whatever I can to keep on going for as long as possible. If you get a chance to pick up this book and read it you'd be surprised to the health risk in using it. The only sweetner I use is either sugar, stevia, Splenda; all of these don't have it in them; equal and most of the other artificial sweeteners do. Good luck on your venture and thank you for suggestions; I listen to all since I don't know it all. If I didn't I wouldn't be doing so well today.
THank you so much Judy...I am sure this will help others. I have never been one to use anything but sugar. I always thought that a natural source of sweetner should be better for you.
