yes. the heat is killing me...my key is NOT over due it...which is hard due to the wanting to be outside all the time..AND getting plenty of water, walking and sleep!
as soon as I stay up late a couple of night, I spend a week recovering!
Since I have a lapband I can not take anything for the pain...so I really have to be extra careful!
