While living with hubby & 4 kids in a 19' travel trailer - we were building a home in the woods of NW Montana - I learned to fix ANYTHING on a Weber grill. Pizza, casseroles, nachos, etc. - loved that grill!
Suggestions:
*Grilled tuna salad sandwiches w/ shredded cheese mixed in
*Green salad w/ chopped pear, walnuts, red onion slices, bacon bits, olive oil & flavored vinegar
*Pasta salad entree' w/ steamed mixed veggies
*Nachos loaded w/ beans, cheese, lettuce, olives, etc
*Taco salad
*Sloppy Joes - just brown the onion & burger, fill a bun & top w/ cheese - quick
*Microwave baked potatoes w/ chili & shredded cheese topping *or w/ sour cream, steamed broccoli, cheese, bacon bits topping
*Imitation or real crab mixed w/ curry powder, shredded cheese, mayo - spread on whole grain bread or English muffins & place under broiler until bubbly
Last suggestion - take out!!
