I have a jar of buttons that was given to me, i'm sure you can get some at thrift stores very cheap, then im going to cover my button with a little poly, and a large circle of fabric, and gather on the back, like a yo-yo, then you can stitch it to the purse through the buttonholes. This way you could make matching fabric buttons. Another way to make fabric buttons is you can buy packages of plastic rings, and can cover them the same way.
