I was lucky enough to obtain some cotton fabric samples. :-D

These are described as 100% cotton glazed chintz - and are Made in England. About 1960's vintage. I think they are curtaining fabric and are only just heavier than quilting cotton, with a shiny surface - shinier than polished cotton.

Would they be suitable for a quilt? I have enough to make about 3/4 large quilts, and I am very tempted to use them. What do you think.
