We have a local small cafe/bakery. The chef/owner has a PhD in Microbiology as well as a degree in Culinary Arts. She teaches at least 24 different types of classes in world cuisine. On Monday my adopted daughter and I attended our 2nd class, where we and 8 other "mini chefs" made 11 different types of Indian Food. It is expensive, intensive and non-stop cutting, dicing, slicing, stirring, pureeing, dough rolling, cheese making and all the fun stuff that goes into these spicy dishes. After 3 hours of hard labor, the 10 of us get to sit down to eat our efforts. Soooo good, and so much fun. The next one we do will be either Mexican, Chinese or Mid-Eastern. Burp!
