Hi All, I'm working on a jean quilt that I will be tying not quilting. I need to piece my batting to fit the top. I am using cotton flannel for the batting. I've washed the flannel so I am good to go. I am using something called "Heat Press Batting Together". It's a fusible cloth tape. I butted the two sides of my flannel together; ran this tape down the center; and pressed it. It worked beautifully!! But now I'm wondering if I should flip the flannel over and press another piece of this tape down on the other side. I really don't want to but will if you all think that the flannel will start to bunch after a few washings. Thanks in advance :)
