Our cat Jerry disappeared the day we got back from vacation....we were very busy unpacking and didn't notice he had gone out. He always cames back when I call him as he is shy and declawed....I stayed up calling him but he never came back that night.....I was heartsick......I posted flyers with his picture and tear off tabs with our phone number in the local Vets office local super market and in in all the business establishments that I could and in the mailboxes down our road I'd trive down the area roads and call out his name....we have a lot of fields around....I never stopped calling him at all different hours of the day and night. I prayed all the while to St.Francis patron of Animals to help him to find his way home and I think that faith kept my driven to not give up.....THEN A MIRACLE .....ONE SUNDAY MORNING ON MY WAY TO CHURCH I DECIDED TO DROP SOME MORE FLYERS IN MAILBOXES AND AS I AM DRIVING DOWN I GLANCE OVER AND THERE HE WAS SITTING IN THE FIELD ACROSS FROM OUR HOUSE.....AFTER 5 WEEKS HE HAD FOUND HIS WAY BACK.....I WAS EXTATIC.....HE HAD LOST A LOT OF WEIGHT ....DON'T GIVE UP ....KEEP CALLING AND I WILL PRAY THAT HE FINDS HIS WAY HOME....LET US KNOW....
