I have a hexagon template made by EZ Quilting, which I got at JoAnn's. It does not have slots, but is a green acrylic and can be used with a rotary cutter. It has sizes from 1" to 5 1/2". I also have two other templates I bought at an auction; one is a diamond, the other a Dresden Plate. Both have slots like the one you posted. These are by Yours Truly.
