You can do a smaller one rather than a large lap size. It is all up to you. You just have to keep your entry a secret til after the results are posted.
I'm not sure what that would be. Maybe if I saw what you are talking about, But you would have to send it to me in an email not here of course because of keeping it anonymous.
The size is up to you as long as it isn't a twin or a mini! It must be large enough to use as a lap quilt but not large enough to use as a bedspread.
