I'm so sorry to hear about your boyfriends infection. I am a non-healer and when I had my 1st c-section, the wound got infected & the only thing that healed it was pure aloe-vera spray...after weeks of irrigating the wound, antibiotics, etc. then the wound specialist said she went to a seminar & had this spray to try on wounds. Worked like a miracle.
