Since you have more than one panel, cut a "picture" out of each of the three tigers, sew borders around them cut From The extra panel - and arrange them all into a pieced top using browns and greens blocks of plain and/or animal fabric. Then surround that with at least three varying width fabric borders .
You might try making the cub into an oval?
Also think about cutting each animal out of the extra panel, and remember to cut/leave seam allowance, applique the animals onto the quilt top?
