Yes, the drywall and flooring would be covered, but we have $1000 deductible, and the drywall area would probably cost less than that. We made the choice to just foot it all. The floor isn't too bad, you only notice a slight swelling at one seam if the sun hits it right. We can live with it, rather that go through it all again.
