We are in the process of giving our home a face lift. New countertops/sink. New pergo flooring. New living room furniture. Next step, I think, will be a new kitchen floor. I want ceramic!
I am not being conservative about the costs, either! The kids are gone (well, DD left her cat with us, sigh) so I am getting what I want!
