I live in Fl and always use warm and natural, as mentioned above we use our ac most use ceiling fans as well, so warm and natural is just fine, tough I am considering making for myself a quilt with no batting, just using flannel or muslin on the back, I have a couple of quilt tops I purchased from a board member that I think would make nice summer quilts, I'm going to just tie them. But IMHO you can't go wrong using warm and natural.
