Are you sure it's missing it's bobbin case? The 66 has a drop in bobbin. Unless you work at it a bit, the bobbin case doesn't come out. It will drop right into a treadle; just remove wiring and motor. She already has a spoked wheel, so would make a good HC conversion, too. Looks to be in really good shape. Have fun!
