motomom - re borders. Can't remember if anyone has told you this already. Check the tutorials on the main page for borders. Basic border rule of thumb: don't measure the edges; measure the CENTER of the quilt vertically. Use this measurement for the vertical borders - pin and ease if necessary. Then measure the CENTER horizontally. Use this measurement for the horizontal borders. Pin and ease if necessary. This is how you get borders that aren't wavey. Good luck, and have fun!
