Viking just came out with a new machine, the Designer Diamond Deluxe. The ad you found most likely is a dealer trying to get rid of trade-ins, or possibly even a Designer Diamond that was never purchased.
I paid $7500 for my Designer Diamond last year (got lots of free goodies), but the Deluxe is $10,000. Yikes! The price is good, but find out if it's a leftover or trade in.
The machine is fabulous!!
