The longest one goes on the top roller for the backing. The second longest one goes in the middle for the quilt top. And the shortest one goes in front for the other end of the backing. I need to correct this statement....it is the shortest to the longest starting at the back top roller. I apologize if this caused any uncessary aggrevation, but, I wanted to correct it as soon as I realized my mistake.
