As far as posting a different picture, go to where you have the thumbnails of the pictures on your computer and delete the "Thumbs.db" file!! I had that problem and it took me weeks of sending e-mails and bugging coworkers and then one of the IT guys finally told me how to fix it. The thumbnail directory has just gotten screwed up.
