I can't eat chocolate or drink coffee because they give me migraines; has to do with the way the coffee beans and chocolate are processed. So I found a substitute when I crave something sweet.

Try Carob, it is chocolate tasting, and can be cooked with too. I make "chocolate" milk shakes that taste like the real thing. And I put some Carob chips in it like chocolate chips. Milk, a banana, ice cubes, Carob and a touch of vanilla, Stevia or real sugar or honey, and any other thing I happen to like. Thick and creamy!!
