Start visiting all the pawn shops in your area. If and when you find any of your stolen items - don't tip off the shop owner - call the police and meet them at the shop to get your stolen items back. Pawn shops must take ID on all items pawned, you may get lucky and catch the animal that robbed you, sure hope you do.
