Off the top of my head, I can think of over half a dozen different methods.
Are you trying to quilt an already completed quilt top and trying to deal with the bulk?
Or do you want to make blocks, quilt them, and then join them together?
Like I said above, there are many, many different ways to accomplish it, and they're all referred to as QAYG. ;-)
