it's possible you notice it more without glasses as your eyes have to work harder then. you might try Genteal eye drops. the gel type. it's very viscous and blurs sight at first but clears in a few minutes. effects will last longer than typical artificial tears, it's what i use as the liquid type just didn't have much of a lasting effect
