I have dry eye and use prescription eye drops and sometimes that doesn't even help there is a gel at WalMart called genteel, I use it in my eyes at bedtime along with the prescribed eye drops then several times a day use Refresh liquilgel, after a few days I can go back to just the prescribed drops. The pollen right now is bad so it is worse then
