My Bernina dealer told us NOT TO USE C & C thread in our machines. They changed the way they process it and use short strands then wax it to keep it together and to keep the fuzz down. It leaves a wax buildup in your machine and it is very hard to clean. It can affect the way your thread goes through the tension and really messes it up. The older C&C thread is okay but I don't know when they changed it so why take a chance.
