My machine refuses to use C&C Dual Duty for regular sewing. The larger spools of C&C cotton thread have a huge amount of lint and you need to clean out around the bobbin frequently. I use a lot of different threads, and my favorites are Mako Aurifil and the Connecting Threads Essential Cotton (more affordable)>
