try changing the dog food.
My party pom started scratching all the time
I did not change her food but for awhile the pet store
was out of her kind.
Later I found out the company was sold and the ingredients were changed
It had chicken in it.
I now have her on Blue Buffalo turkey & sweet potato
no scratching
