I bought this to take on vacation next week...a friend and colleague recommended it so highly that I couldn't resist buying it....and I usually don't buy books since I read so fast! I just use the library but it would be weeks before I got a copy of this one.....
I just finished this book too. Some friends of mine in a book club are reading it, and we are all going to see the movie when it comes out this summer. I hope it's half as good as the book. We also read Water For Elephants and then went to the movie. The movie stuck quite well to the book, but left out a lot of the characters' personal details.
