I just finished Jane Aurl's "Land of the Painted Caves"
Since I had read all the others in the series, I had to finish it. It was OK....way too long for me. I think she could have eliminated about 200 pages by not being repeating certain background things as often as she did.
If reading it in bed, be sure to be sittting up...one can get a nasty bump on the head from that nearly 800 page tome.

Anyone read "Atlas Shrugged" or "Fountainhead" by Ayn Rand? Read both back in the early '60's and "Atlas Shrugged" has recently been reprinted. Timely book.
