I have just started. I have completed 7 blocks and had miss starts on a few. Block 26, I just can't seem to get it to fit. Did you have trouble with getting the half squares to match the 2 1/2" block? I am retired too, but think I need a break and will finish quilting another WIP. Do you belong to Myquiltplace.com?
