Warm and Natural has improved greatly since it first came out. You probably have a very old version of it which had visible seeds and other "stuff" in it. I finally threw out the rest of the old stuff because there are so many newer and better quality products on the market. Their website suggests this in their bulleted list following the first paragraph.
