The pattern is a free pattern from the Free Spirit website. It was made for Joel Dewberry's Deer Valley line:

The pattern actually makes two smaller quilts so I adapted it for one bigger quilt. Fabrics are from a variety of lines including: Flora and Fauna by Patty Young, Meadowsweet by Sandi Henderson, Park Slope by Erin McMorris, Alexander Henry, Hope Valley by Denyse Schmidt, Ta Dots by Michael Miller, Kona Solids and even a Japanese linen print. The quilt was machine quilted in the clam shell motif by me and hand bound to finish.
