I always fold my fat quarters the same way, even if I have to unfold them from the way the staff at the store folded them.

Fold in half twice so fold lines are parallel to selvedge edge. Then fold each end of the resulting rectangle in towards the center. Fold there.

How do I store and organize? Inside a drawer of an entertainment center cabinet that was designed for ---- music compact disks. They fit wonderfully. I'll go take a picture.
