i had to have mine removed 25 yrs ago and they put in implants. i'm on my third pair, not by choice, but i've found that my boobs don't change size nearly as much as they used to when i used to lose and gain! i guess that's the plus side of plastic (no pun intended). guys should wise up-- you want big breasts you either need a large woman, an altered chest, or the few who are naturally blessed (very few).lol
