Some things I've seen that seem to go over well -
Baked beans with hamburger in it - don't know what it's called -
Our version of "goulash" - macaroni, tomatoes, ground beef, onions, green peppers casserole
Our version of Spanish Rice - pretty much the same thing as "goulash" - except with rice instead of macaroni
